    Select nicotine strength + quantity. Mixed cart of kits + pods is fine.

    Enter shipping info, pick your payment method, confirm the personal-import declaration for Japan addresses.

    「Receive」

    Same-day dispatch for orders before 14:00 JST on weekdays. Tracking number arrives by email.

Shipped worldwide from Korea & Hong Kong

We ship from Korea and Hong Kong to destinations worldwide.

Same-day dispatch

Orders placed by 14:00 JST on weekdays ship the same day. Weekend orders ship the next business day.

Carriers

Yamato Transport (Kuroneko) and Sagawa Express. Tracking number arrives by email when your order ships.

Delivery time

Typically 2–4 business days nationwide. Remote islands and Hokkaido / Okinawa may take an extra day.

30-day return guarantee

Every device is covered by our 30-day return policy. Change your mind, doesn't fit your style — return it.

What we accept

Devices: any condition within 30 days. Refill pods & accessories: unopened only. Original packaging not required for devices.

How to start a return

Email support@avocadovapor.jp with your order number. We'll send a prepaid Yamato return label within 24 hours on weekdays.

When you get your money back

Refunds process to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Credit / debit card

Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Amex, Diners. Processed securely via KOMOJU — we never see your card details.

PayPay

Japan's leading QR mobile payment. One tap at checkout, settled instantly.

Convenience store (konbini)

Pay at Lawson, Family Mart, 7-Eleven, etc. We email a payment code; pay within 7 days, your order ships once we confirm.

Bank transfer

Domestic wire transfer to our settlement account. Order ships once the transfer clears (usually next business day).

Personal import & Japan rules

Avocado Vapor and Juicybrix products ship to Japan as personal imports. A few rules to keep in mind:

Adults 20+ only

Japanese law requires buyers to be 20 years of age or older for vape/nicotine products. Age verification at the age gate and at checkout.

Nicotine quantity limit

Japan allows up to 120 ml of nicotine-containing liquid per person per month, at concentrations under 1.8%. We help you stay within the monthly limit and warn you in the cart if you go over.

Personal use only

Imports must be for personal use — resale is not permitted under personal-import rules. The checkout consent confirms this.

Customs handling

We handle all customs paperwork. Packages arrive at your door with no extra fees on your end.

  • Q.Do I need an account to order?
    A.No — guest checkout is available. Creating an account is optional and lets you track orders, save addresses, and re-order quickly.
  • Q.Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
    A.Yes, within one hour of placing the order. Email support immediately with your order number. After dispatch, you can still return per the 30-day guarantee.
  • Q.Will I be charged customs fees?
    A.No. Personal-import paperwork and any applicable customs fees are handled by us — the price you see at checkout is the final price.
  • Q.Can I gift to someone else's address?
    A.Yes. The recipient must still be a verified adult (20+) and the order stays under your personal-import allowance for the month.
  • Q.What if my device arrives damaged?
    A.Photograph the package and contact support within 7 days. We'll replace it free of charge — no need to return the damaged unit first.
  • Q.Do you ship outside Japan?
    A.Yes, we ship worldwide. Personal-import limits and customs rules vary by destination — check your country's rules before ordering large quantities.
