- Orders placed by 14:00 JST on business days ship the same day; otherwise the next business day. Standard delivery within Japan: 2–4 business days from dispatch.
- Returns & Exchanges
- Defective products: full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt, return shipping covered by seller. Customer-initiated returns (change of mind): accepted within 7 days of receipt; product must be unused and in original packaging; return shipping at customer expense; refund processed within 7 business days of receipt at warehouse.
- Age Restriction
- Sales are restricted to adults aged 20 years or older. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 20 years of age.
- Sales Quantity Limits
